About the course
Your instructor will review with you the many benefits afforded
to you as a Realtor in all 3 associations,
LIBOR,
NYSAR
(state)
and NAR (national), basic MLS rules, situations and how
to resolve them and the NAR Realtor Code of Ethics, and how
the code relates in the "real world profession" of real
estate.
Credits Earned
The on-site
course is approved for 6 NYS continuing education credits
toward your license and also satisfies your NAR ethics
training
requirement needed every 4 years.

About the program
This program consists of 2 parts; Part I - Orientation and
MLS and Part II - NAR Code Of Ethics. Both parts must be
completed to satisfy your new agent orientation requirement.
The first part will take you through the many benefits
afforded to you as a Realtor member of LIBOR, NYSAR and
NAR. In the MLS segment, you will be given industry case
scenarios of specific situations and how to resolve them.
The MLS Rules book & forms are available to print.
The NAR ethics segment will demonstrate how the code of
ethics relates to your day to day business practices.

approved for 3.75 hours of NYS continuing education credits
toward your license and also satisfies your NAR ethics
training
requirement needed every 4 years.
