Since 1995 NSCH has coordinated consolidated applications to HUD. This has resulted in over forty-two million dollars in funding for housing and services for the homeless.
Margert's First HOME Program funds are used to provide a first time homebuyer purchase assistance subsidy, in the form of a deferred payment (forgivable) loan.
